Due to our growing business, there may be occasional delays in shipping. We make every effort to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Orders over $125 qualify for free shipping. Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation email upon checkout. If you do not see this email, please check your junk/spam folder. If you still haven’t received it, send us a message info@dreadthethread.com. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your Tracking ID. Use this ID on the Fedex website to track your parcel.

Returns

Return Policy

At Dread The Thread, ensuring your satisfaction is our main goal. We accept returns for clothing items that are in their original, unused condition with tags attached, within 15 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please fill out the Returns Form. Our team will provide you with detailed instructions to complete the return process. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue you store credit. Please be aware that items bought with store credit are final sale and cannot be returned.
