Return Policy
At Dread The Thread, your satisfaction is our top priority. We gladly accept returns on clothing items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a full refund.
Please note:
• Final sale items are not eligible for return. This includes all discounted products, items purchased with a promo code, markdowns, or any promotional pricing.
• We do not offer store credit at this time.
• Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@dreadthethread.com if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
At this time, the best way to exchange an item is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
How to return
To start a return or exchange, use the link provided above to submit your request. A return shipping label will be emailed to you, and the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund. Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment, typically within 10–15 business days.
Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@dreadthethread.com.
