Return Policy
We gladly accept returns on clothing items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a full refund. Once a return is approved, the item(s) must be shipped back within 14 days of approval. Returns that are not shipped within this timeframe will be canceled and will no longer be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be issued once the returned item(s) have been received and inspected.

Please note:
• Final sale items are not eligible for return. This includes all discounted products, items purchased with a promo code, markdowns, or any promotional pricing.
• We do not offer store credit at this time.
• Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@dreadthethread.com if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
To start an exchange, use the link provided above and select "Exchange" when submitting your request. Please be sure to note which item(s) you are returning and which item(s) you would like to exchange them for. Once we receive your exchange request, we will review and process it and send a return label within 3 business days. After you send your return back and we receive it, we will ship your exchange item(s) within 1–3 business days, subject to availability.

Returns

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment, typically within 5–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
